FINANCIAL AND UNFAIR DISADVANTAGE In the case of financial disadvantage where an individual cannot afford the services of an investigator and where these services will benefit an individual or child and not having these services would place an individual at an unfair disadvantage Silent Ministries offers to conduct public access investigations, public records searches, and persons locate of child custody absconders, missing persons locate, including rolling and or stationary surveillance and or gathering public information, or any other legal and public means of gathering evidence important or relative to the positive outcome for the welfare and positive environment. CODE AND CREED Silent Ministries: 1. Operates by a code and creed. Please see a copy of the code and creed for further information. 2. Offers or supplies these services at a no fee-donations-only basis when and where available. 3. Services are supplied after necessary consultation and when authorized. All individuals must agree to the code and creed before any services are engaged. HUMANE SERVICES Silent Ministries: 1. Strives to supply household items, clothes, and foods for disadvantaged financial victims who have lost homes through burnout or other catastrophic circumstances that have placed them at a financial disadvantage. 2. Seeks to be involved to assist in the location of medical and mental behavioral counseling and therapy in the event of financial disadvantage or assist individuals in locating funds. 3. Will conduct research photography and or video as requested in the course of providing authorities or other individuals with materials relative to proof of child abuse or other negative circumstances detrimental to human health, mental health, or life, or public records search and reporting to authority�s evidence of migrant labor exploitation, child labor, or child abuse. 4. Will seek to provide and or conduct humane and humanitarian services in case of child sexual abuse or persons affected by child abuse or other activity detrimental to the health or life of children or elderly persons. 5. Will seek to conduct prison and nursing home visitation when called upon by authorized parties or persons. RECOGNITION OF APPLICABLE LAWS Silent Ministries: 1. Will recognize and observe state laws and municipalities statutes while assisting persons in critical life issues such as gathering of public information. 2. Assist or provide transportation to or away from employment when capable or practical in the case where a person�s employment is prerequisite to gaining or regaining custody of children and as long as person or persons has completed required or is in the process of completing court authorized orders relative to regaining driving privileges.
